I currently work on Benefit Realisation, more specific into Benefit Dependency Networks (BDNs). Flying Logic seems to be nearly perfect to cater for it. I would like to have a few more layout possibilities to make it perfect.
However, BDNs are helpful for project planning. Details on the method are here but other free resources exist. And of course a book, which is here.
I attached my definition of the BDN to this post and a first real-word example. Let me know what you think.
