Is there anyway of having text in all boxes formatted so Alt + Enter works like Excel and tabs down a line, also would be great to have ability to use bullets. This would work really well when adding assumptions in Evap Cloud, or, maybe the ability to insert extra edge annotations to highlight the various assumptions.

More easily entering multi-line text is an upcoming feature.
I’ll have to think more about the other requests you’ve made here: 1) automated support for bullet lists, and 2) adding additional edge annotations.
By way of 2, you can insert one or several additional entities along an existing edge. You can style them like edge annotations, so they can basically serve that purpose.
