Saved Column Mappings for CSV import

Every week I do the following:

  1. Open the same document.
  2. Select all and delete (to preserve my custom classes)
  3. Import from CSV
  4. Say yes to column headings on the first dialog
  5. Set 5 column heading names to map to attributes on the second.

It would be great if my import configuration could be saved so that it was a one clikc process.
